Increase agility using these activities only with adult supervision:

1. Agility Tree

2. T-Test and

3. Plyometrics and

4. Cone Drills and

5. Ladder Movements and

6. Agility Ball and Let me know if you would like to use my agility ball.

7. Jump Rope-- I will provide you with a jump rope if you do not have one.

8. Play Racquetball-- Local health clubs and YMCAs have courts.
