2012-2013 Elementary Food Service
Welcome to the Crestwood School District’s Food Service Department under the management company; The Nutrition Group.
Your child will have the opportunity to purchase breakfast, lunch and kindergarten snack milk each day.
Prices are as follows:
Elementary
Paid Breakfast - .95 cents Reduced Breakfast - .30 cents
Paid Lunch - $1.80 Reduced Lunch - .40 cents
Snack Milk - .55 cents Free and reduced lunch applications are available on the District Website under Food Service Forms. Completed applications can be returned to to your child's school Principal. You will be notified by mail within one to two weeks if you qualify for the free or reduced lunch program. Please keep in mind that a new application must be filled out each year. Your child will maintain the previous school year's Free/Reduced status until the new application is processed and approved by the school office, but the new application must be received and approved within the first 30 days of the new school year or your child's status will be changed to full price.
Your child’s pin number will remain the same as last year. New students will be assigned a pin number prior to the first day of school. Checks are made payable to the Crestwood School District Cafeteria Account. The check must be in an envelope with your child’s name and PIN number in which the check/monies will be applied to their account. If you have more than one student attending the elementary school and wish to send in one check for all your children, please write on the check the amount you want in each child’s account and please list each child’s name and PIN number. For example:

Joe Smith 4901(PIN number) - $25.00
Ashley Smith 4902 (PIN number) - $25.00
If you have children attending different schools, one at the Elementary School and one in Middle School, for example,you must submit separate checks. Each school has their own deposits.
On line payments are now available via www.myschoolbucks.com. Your child will have a Student ID number that is different from their 4-digit cafeteria pin number. Please call the food service office at 474-6782 Ext: 313 to receive their Student ID. The Nutrition Group is proud to offer a "Lunch Learner Program" to kindergarten students. Lunch Learners is a program offered to our newest customers that offers a free breakfast and lunch during a week in September. Lunch Learners gives our kindergarten students a chance to try breakfast and lunch at no cost as well as familiarizes them with the cafeteria's breakfast and lunch program. More information on Lunch Learners will be sent home with students at the start of the school year.
