It is Christmas for both Missy and Jenny. Jenny is a girl in the year 1781, left to take care of her three little sisters because her ma passed away and her pa is always out hunting. Missy is a stuck up snob from present day, with no father, an annoying younger sister, and a workaholic mom. Both of them think they have a terrible life, but because of a magic mirror, three fairies, and a crazy grandmother, they switch lives! Through this wacky production, Jenny and Missy end up realizing that the most important thing in life is being together with family.
