8TH GRADE TEAMS – Student Supplies
USB Memory Stick (Flash Drive)
The eighth grade Reading, English, Science, Civics, and Math teachers have put a list together to help you provide your child with school supplies for the throughout eighth grade.  Your child will need several sturdy three-ring binders as none of the core subject teachers use spiral bound notebooks within their classrooms.
Students will also need five packs of filler paper and about 24 dividers total for their binders.  It is a good idea to either buy the binders in an assortment of colors or to get the kind that will allow the student to slide a cover sheet down the front or side to identify the binder’s subject easily.  Every class requires a writing utensil, so make sure to get lots of pencils, plus a few black pens.

Students will need to cover their books and protect them by placing a lock on their locker at all times. Students should give the extra key or combination to the teacher in case it is forgotten. Students will need (6 1 inch binders, 5 packs of filler paper each quarter, 1 lock for locker, pencils, box of black pens, 5 or 6 book covers/sox.
