 Doors open promptly at 9:15am.  Please do not arrive any earlier than 9:10am.  Early arrival will impede student arrival.

***As you enter the school please follow the parking attendants instructions

Rice Elementary Kindergarten Registration:
  May 30^thand 31^st, 2013, 9am-12pm and 1pm to 3pm each day.  Parents should bring their child along with the following paperwork:

• Birth Certificate/Proof of age (5 years of age before Sept. 1st)
• Immunization records- All children must have the following immunizations: 4 doses DPT, (one dose after the fourth birthday), 3 doses of Polio, 2 doses of MMR, 3 doses of Hepatitis “B”, and 2 doses of varicella(chickenpox). 
• Proof of Residency- 2 forms, which must include at least one of the following: lease agreement, agreement for purchase of real estate, property tax bill, deed for property in the name of parent.
• In accordance with Crestwood School District policy, additional paperwork is required for parents/guardians who are not the lessee or homeowner.  Please contact the Rice office for further instructions at 868-3161.

Thursday, June 6, 2013 @ 1:30
Please bring your future K student.  Please arrive after 1:15 to  allow uninterupted dismissal of all students at 1:00 P.M.
